PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone)
PPSU is a novel thermoplastic engineering plastic, referring to high-molecular-weight compounds containing sulfone groups and aromatic nuclei in the molecular main chain; it is non-crystalline. PPSU is an amorphous thermoplastic plastic, possessing high transparency and high hydrolytic stability. Products made from it can withstand repeated steam sterilization.
Key Features
- Chemical resistance
- Unique flame retardancy
- Rigidity and toughness
- High hydrolytic stability
Applications
- Electronic devices/appliances
- Instrument and meter components
- Medical device components
- Low-temperature working parts
Available Grades & Variants
ESD PPSU
ESD PPSU is a static-dissipative Polyphenylsulfone offering high purity, heat resistance, and excellent sterilizability.
